Nai Disha Vriddhi Foundation is a non-governmental, not-for-profit charitable trust working towards the upliftment and empowerment of the differently-abled, underprivileged children, women, and youth across India. The foundation is legally constituted under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is compliant with all statutory requirements under Indian law, including 12A and 80G certifications under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Established in the year 2022, the foundation was born out of a critical observation of ground realities in local communities—where children with disabilities dropped out of school, women lacked access to skill development, and families suffered silently under emotional and financial hardship. This prompted the creation of a structured platform to respond to these pressing needs with empathy, professionalism, and legal accountability.
